Our office is located at Shop No 2 in Baburao Chawl, over in the Shams area of Andheri East. The address also mentions 20th H Cross and Koramangala Link Road near Ejipura Main Road, which can be a bit confusing for new people, but we are right behind the Parle Bisleri company. We have been operating our buses from this spot for a good while now. It’s not a fancy glass office, just a simple place where we keep the logs and talk to the drivers. Dealing with buses in this traffic is a headache every single day, but it’s what we do. We have to keep track of maintenance and make sure the engines are running right because the roads around here are very tough on the tires and the suspension. Sometimes a bus breaks down unexpectedly and everyone has to scramble to fix it so the schedule doesn't get ruined for the passengers. We handle a lot of local routes and private bookings for groups going out of the city for trips. The area around the shop is always busy with workers and trucks, especially being so close to the big factory. We don't spend money on big ads; most people just know us from seeing our buses on the road or by walking into the chawl. It is hard work and the hours are very long, usually starting way before the sun comes up. We just try to get the buses out on time and keep things moving.
