Marol Naka Dongri 11 is where you can find us. It’s a hectic area, especially with the traffic near the junction. We’ve been at this spot for a while now. J J Travels is basically just a few of us making sure people get their trips sorted. The noise from the street is constant, but you get used to it after a few weeks. Number 11 isn't hard to find if you know the Dongri section. We aren't a big corporation with fancy desks. We use what we have and focus on getting the tickets and cars ready. Sometimes the rain makes the street a mess, and customers come in shaking off their umbrellas. We just offer them a stool and get to work. It’s a simple setup. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us talking to people and handling the bookings. Some days are slow, and we just sit and talk about the news. Other days, we can’t even catch a breath. That’s just the nature of being in Marol Naka. We like being part of the neighborhood. People know us by name around here. We don't try to be something we aren't. We are just a local travel office trying to stay busy. We keep the windows open mostly to let the air in, even if the dust comes with it. It feels more connected to the street that way. We don't mind the noise much anymore.
