J D Travel World is based in Laxmi Colony, inside the Sunder Niwas building. We are located in the Chembur area, specifically in the Ganesha Block. It’s a fairly quiet residential colony compared to the main roads of Mumbai. Our office is more like a small room where we’ve set up our computers and phones. There isn't much to look at inside. We have some chairs for people to sit while we look things up for them. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We know a lot of the families in the colony because we’ve been here for a long time. People often just drop by for a chat or to ask about ticket prices. It’s a very informal way of doing business. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us handling the bookings as they come. The Ganesha Block is a nice part of Chembur, and we like being part of the community here. Sometimes we're busy with the phone ringing constantly, and other times we’re just catching up on paperwork. The office stays a bit cluttered with travel brochures and old ledgers. We don't try to look like a big global agency. We are just a local travel desk in Sunder Niwas. It’s a practical setup that works for us and the people who live around here. We just do our work and keep things moving.
