We are up on the second floor of a building in Juhu, room 201. It’s not a storefront on the ground, so you have to come up the stairs to find us. We’ve been doing travel bookings from this spot for quite some time. Juhu is a busy place, but once you get up to the second floor, it’s a bit quieter. We spend our days on the phone and the computer, trying to get tickets sorted out for people. It’s a lot of back-and-forth with airlines and hotels. We aren’t a massive company with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small team of us here. We handle a lot of different requests, from local trips to further away. Sometimes the printers act up or the phones won't stop ringing, but we just keep going. It’s a very hands-on job. We don’t have a glossy brochure for everything; usually, we just talk to people and figure out what they need. People come to us because we’ve been here in Juhu and they trust that we’ll get their bookings done right. We don’t use any special software that does the work for us; it’s all manual checking and confirming. It’s just how we’ve always run the place. If you’re looking for us, just head to the second floor. We’re usually here until late evening, making sure all the itineraries are ready for the next day. It’s a lot of little details but we get through it.
