We are located in Flat No 2 of Vijay Vihar Society. It’s in Chembur, right opposite Diamond Garden. It’s a nice area with a lot of trees, which is good because Mumbai can get so grey. Being in a residential society makes it feel more like a home than an office. We have people coming in to talk about their holiday plans or just to book a train ticket. Traveling is a big deal for families, so they like to sit and talk it through. We don't have those big kiosks you see at the malls. It’s just a couple of tables and some maps on the wall. We’ve been running this for a long time. Chembur is our home. We know which buses stop where and how the traffic flows around the garden. Sometimes it’s quiet, and other days the phone won’t stop ringing. We handle the bookings ourselves. There’s no big call center. If you call, you talk to one of us directly. We try to find the cheapest flights because that’s what people usually want. We don't do the fancy luxury stuff mostly. Just regular trips for regular people. It’s a simple way to make a living, helping people get from one place to another. We usually close up around seven in the evening to go home to our own families in the same neighborhood. Chembur has changed but the garden is still the same.
