Ittefaq Travel Agency

Ittefaq Travel Agency is located at 9 Mahim on the Asalpha Link Road. It’s a small office but we’ve been here for a good while now. Being on the Link Road means there’s always cars and bikes zooming past our window. We spend our days looking at computer screens, trying to find flights or figuring out visa stuff for people. It’s not as glamorous as it sounds. Mostly it’s just a lot of typing and waiting on hold with airlines. We have some old travel posters on the walls to brighten things up, but otherwise, it’s just a regular office with desks and chairs. People come in with all sorts of plans. Some are going to visit family and others are just looking for a change of pace. We don't try to sell people on things they don't need. We just listen to what they want and see if we can make it happen. The air conditioner in here is a bit loud, but it beats the heat outside. We know the Mahim area pretty well and most of our customers are regulars who live nearby. We don't have a big corporate structure or anything like that. It’s just us, sitting in the office, helping people get from one place to another. We try to be honest about the prices and the times because travel is confusing enough as it is. It's just a small shop on the road, doing what we can for the travelers.
