We have been running Itl Tours & Travels Pvt. Ltd from this second-floor office at 121 Zakaria Masjid Street for quite some time now. If you know Mumbai, you know this area is always moving and there is never a quiet moment outside on the street. Our office is not one of those shiny new buildings you see in the magazines. It is just a regular workspace with some desks, a few computers, and plenty of files stacked up on the shelves. We spend most of the day answering phones and trying to sort out tickets or paperwork for people who want to travel. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit steep so we get our exercise every day. Usually, the fan is humming in the background while we work. We don't really bother with fancy decorations or anything. It is more about getting the job done and making sure everything is in order for the next day. Sometimes the tea guy brings us a round of cutting chai and we take a quick minute to breathe. It can get pretty cramped when there are a few of us in here at once but we are used to it by now. The neighborhood has everything we need and we like being right in the middle of all the action here in the 400009 zip code. It is a simple setup but it works for us and the people who come to see us.
