Itc The Maratha, Mumbai

You can find us over in Andheri East, right near Sahar Village. We operate out of Santosh House on Road No.-2. It’s an interesting area because we’re so close to the Air India Cargo section. It stays busy around here at all hours of the day and night. Being part of ITC The Maratha in Mumbai means we’re always on the move. The 400099 area is really the heart of the airport zone, so there's always a lot of noise and planes going by. We aren't in a shiny skyscraper; Santosh House is a more grounded place where the actual work happens. The staff here knows the local streets well. We spend a lot of time making sure things are running correctly for the hotel side of things. It’s not always pretty, especially with the monsoon rains or the heavy traffic on Road No.-2, but we make it work. Most of us have been working in Andheri for years. It’s a tough neighborhood but very lively. We don't really bother with fancy descriptions of ourselves. We just tell people we’re near the cargo terminal and they usually find us eventually. It’s a practical setup for what we need to do. Every day is different depending on what’s happening at the airport or with the cargo shipments coming through. It’s just us doing our bit in this corner of Mumbai. We aren't trying to impress anyone, just doing the work that needs to be done.
