Our main office for ISS Integrated Facility Services is at 503 B, located on A. S. Road in Hiranandani Gardens, Powai. This part of Mumbai is always humming with activity, and we are right in the middle of it. We deal with building maintenance and coordination, which is a lot of behind-the-scenes work that most people don't even notice. We spend our days organizing cleaning crews, maintenance staff, and security for different sites across the city. It is a lot of juggling schedules and making sure everyone is where they are supposed to be. The office itself is just a functional space where we handle the logistics. We don't have any big, fancy brochures or corporate mottos. We just focus on the job at hand. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing, and other days we are just buried in schedules and reports. It is practical work that requires us to stay organized. Powai is a nice place to be, though the traffic on A.S. Road can be a nightmare during rush hour. We have a small team here who knows the ropes. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words. We just want to make sure the buildings we look after are in good shape. It is a lot of hard work and staying on top of the details, but that is just how we run things here.
