You can find us at office 103 in the Sai Adarsh building, which is on Plot 447 in Borivali West. We are tucked right behind Shree Tower, so it’s a bit of a quiet corner away from the main noise. Our office is simple, with just some desks, a couple of computers, and some old maps on the wall. We spend a lot of time on the phone or replying to messages about bus timings and hotel bookings. Borivali is a busy place, and there’s always noise coming from the street, but inside it’s mostly just the sound of us typing. We aren’t some big travel corporation with a huge call center. It’s just us handling the paperwork and making sure the itineraries make sense. Sometimes the internet acts up or the printer jams, which can be frustrating when we’re trying to get a ticket ready, but we manage. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit since we moved into Sai Adarsh. People from the nearby flats often drop by just to ask about prices or to pick up a brochure. We like the personal touch of seeing faces instead of just doing everything online. It makes the day go by faster when we have people coming in to chat about where they want to go next. We don't have fancy coffee machines, just a kettle and some biscuits for when it gets busy in the afternoons. It is a very normal, local office.
