Our office is located in Virar East, in the Dronagiri building, Flat E/102. We are right on Manvel Pada Road. If you are coming from Thane, it’s a bit of a trek, but it’s where we’ve set up shop. Being tour operators, we spend a lot of time talking about travel, even though we are mostly sitting here in the office. The walls are covered with some maps and calendars to keep track of everyone’s trips. It’s a simple space on the first floor. Sometimes the traffic on Manvel Pada Road gets quite loud, but we just close the windows and keep working. We aren't a big travel agency with a storefront in a mall. We are just a small team in an apartment building. We handle the bookings, talk to drivers, and make sure the hotels are ready. It’s a lot of small details that have to come together. Some days are slow, and other days everyone wants to go on a trip at the same time. We just manage the workload as it comes. We’ve lived in this area for a long time, so we know the shortcuts and the best places to grab a quick lunch. It’s a practical, no-nonsense way to run a business. We just do our bit to get people where they need to go. Our printer is a bit temperamental, but we usually get the tickets printed out eventually. We keep a big bottle of water and some glasses on the center table.
