We are located in Nerul, specifically at Bridge View Society in Sector-2. Our office is in Building Number 3, Flat Number 4, on the Nl-6 side. It’s a pretty standard residential society in Navi Mumbai, so it’s not what you’d expect for a name like IRCTC. We handle a lot of the local administrative things from here. The office is basically a converted apartment, so it has that cozy, lived-in feel. We have computers set up in what used to be the living room. Most of our day is spent dealing with ticket issues, catering logs, or coordinating with the railway staff. It gets quite busy during the holiday seasons when everyone is trying to book trains at once and things get complicated. The society itself is nice, with a few trees and a view of the nearby bridge if you stand in the right spot on the balcony. We don't have many visitors here, as most things are done online or over the phone now. Sometimes the building elevator is out of service, so we have to take the stairs, which is a bit of a workout. It’s an honest, plain workplace where we just try to keep up with the sheer volume of work that comes with the railway system. We aren't a big flashy call center; we are just a small team in a quiet corner of Nerul trying to keep the wheels turning.
