Iqra Rent A Car

We are based in Andheri East, right on the busy SV Road. Our office is in Munaf Chawl 1. If you know the area, you know it is always crowded and there is a lot of movement. Being in a chawl means the space is quite limited, but we have managed to fit everything we need into our small room. We have a desk for the paperwork and a couple of stools for when customers come in to talk about renting a car. Most of our work involves talking to drivers and making sure the vehicles are ready for the next job. We don't have a lot of parking right in front, so the cars are usually parked in a lot nearby. It is a lot of walking back and forth throughout the day. The office can get quite warm, so we always have the door open to catch whatever breeze there is from the street. You can hear all the sounds of Andheri right outside—the buses, the vendors, and the people rushing to the station. We have been here for a long time, and we know everyone in the chawl. It is a very close-knit community. We don't do any big advertising; we just rely on people seeing our sign on SV Road. We handle everything ourselves, from the cleaning to the accounts. It is a busy life, but it keeps us moving.
