Ipm Industries is a small industrial business and most people get a hold of us through our email, sachin_amu@hotmail.com. Sachin handles most of the communication and keeps things running. We don’t have a big fancy office building with a sign out front that you can see from the highway. Most of our days are spent coordinating orders and talking to suppliers. It is the kind of work where you are constantly on your mobile phone or checking your inbox for the next requirement. We have been doing this for a good number of years now. It started small and we just kept going. We mostly deal with industrial parts and materials that other businesses need. It’s not the kind of stuff you see in a shop window. We work out of a modest space where we keep our records and a few samples of the products we supply. Sometimes the internet is slow and it takes a while to reply to everyone, but we eventually get to it. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy brochures for us. We just focus on the actual work and making sure the orders go to the right place. It’s a quiet way of doing business but it works for us. We appreciate the people who have stayed with us over the years. We just keep our heads down and do what needs to be done every day.
