Inx Media

We don't really have a physical office address to list right now, which might sound a bit strange for a company called Inx Media. We mostly handle everything from our own spaces or meet up when we really need to. It’s been this way for a while and it actually works out pretty well for us. We don’t have to deal with the commute or the noise of a central Mumbai office. Most of the team has their own setup at home and we stay in touch through calls and messages all day long. It’s a bit of a loose way to run things but we get the work done just the same as any other place. Sometimes it feels like we’re always working because there’s no office door to close at the end of the day, but you get used to that after a while. We aren't really big on the whole corporate structure anyway. We just focus on the media projects we have in front of us and try to keep things moving. It’s a simple way of doing things without the extra cost of a fancy building. We’ve found that as long as the work is good, people don’t really care if we have a front desk or not. It’s just us, a few laptops, and a lot of time spent on the phone making sure things are on track. It's a bit unconventional but it’s our way of doing things. We just keep it simple.
