We’re up on the second floor of Laxmi Plaza, which is part of the Laxmi Industrial Estate in Andheri West. The address is 239. It can be a bit of a maze in the industrial estate if you aren’t used to it, but once you find our building, just head upstairs. Invision Property Consultants is what we call ourselves. We’ve been working out of this space for a good while. Andheri West is a lively part of town, so there’s never a dull moment. We spend our days looking at property charts and talking to clients on the phone. It’s a lot of work, but we like it. The office is practical. We have what we need to get the job done and not much else. We aren't into those fancy corporate vibes you see in some other parts of the city. We just want to help people figure out their real estate situations. Sometimes the industrial estate gets noisy with all the trucks and people moving around, but it’s a good place for business. We’ve gotten to know a lot of the other people working in Laxmi Plaza. It feels like a little community. We handle consultations for all kinds of properties around here. It’s honest work and we take it one day at a time. If the lift is busy, the stairs aren't too bad. Just look for 239 on the second floor and you'll see us. We usually keep the radio on low in the background to keep things moving.
