Intrenational Airport

We've been here at the Pratik Building on S.N. Road for quite a while now. Most people around Mulund West know where we are, right in J.L. Tambe Nagar. It's not a fancy office at all, just a regular spot in building 30 where we get things done every day. Dealing with airport stuff can be a real headache, so we try to keep things as straightforward as we can. We handle a lot of paperwork and scheduling for folks. The traffic around here in Mumbai can be a total mess during peak hours, but we're usually in by nine and ready to start. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing at all, especially during the busy travel months. It’s just a few of us working here. We aren't trying to be some big corporate entity with fancy suits. We just want to make sure people get where they need to go without too much trouble. If you’re coming from the station, it’s a short rickshaw ride over here. We've seen a lot of changes in the area over the years. Shops come and go, but we’re still here in Maharashtra doing our bit. People ask why the name is spelled the way it is on the documents, but that's just how it’s been since we started up. We don't have a big lobby or a coffee machine for guests. You just walk in and talk to whoever is at the desk. We try to be helpful and honest. Sometimes it's loud with the street noise, but we're used to it.
