Integrated Event Solutions

Integrated Event Solutions is located at number 61 Barkha Bahar, which is right in the Thakur Complex in Kandivali East. If you know Mumbai, you know this area is always moving. Our office is basically in a residential-commercial mix, so it feels very much like a neighborhood business. We handle a lot of different event tasks from this small space. It gets pretty crowded with equipment and folders sometimes. There are days when we are all running around trying to fix schedules or calling vendors. Since we are in Kandivali, we deal with the usual Mumbai rain and train delays, but the office is a steady spot for us. It’s not a polished showroom. We have old desks and a lot of coffee mugs lying around. Most of us have been working together for a while, so we just know how things go. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If the phone rings, whoever is closest picks it up. Thakur Complex has everything we need nearby, so we often just grab lunch at the local stalls. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do. We don't spend much time making the place look fancy because we are usually out at sites or busy planning on the computers. It’s just a regular Mumbai workspace where we try to keep things moving forward for every event we take on. It’s a lot of hard work but we enjoy the chaos.
