Inspire Tourism

The shop opens around ten in the morning, usually when the traffic on M G Road starts getting heavy. We are located in the Shreeji Shopping Center in Borivali East, which is a pretty busy spot. If you are looking for us, we are right opposite Sanjog Bar and Restaurant. People often get lost, so we tell them to look for the bar first. At Inspire Tourism, we spend most of our time looking at screens and talking to people about where they want to go. It is not always exciting; there is a lot of waiting for websites to load and printing out tickets. The office is small, and sometimes the air conditioner makes a weird rattling noise, but it works fine for us. We have been in this area for a while now. Most of our day is spent handling phone calls from folks asking about train timings or bus routes. Borivali is a loud place with all the horns and people walking by, but you get used to it after a few weeks. We keep a few chairs for customers to sit on while we check the availability of hotels or flights. It’s just us doing the daily grind, making sure the paperwork is right so people don’t have issues when they travel. We don't have any fancy decorations, just a few maps on the wall and a lot of registers. It is a simple life here in the shopping center. We usually close up around eight at night.
