You can find us in Jogeshwari West, right on the New Link Road. Our office is Room 409 in the Oshiwara Infinity building, which is part of Adarsh Nagar. If you’ve ever driven down the Link Road, you know how much traffic there is, especially during the rush hour. It’s a very busy part of Mumbai, and there is always something being built or fixed nearby. Innovative Infra & Foundations is basically a small group of us who have been in the construction world for a while. We focus on foundation work, which is messy and loud, but someone has to do it. Our office is a bit of a trek up the stairs sometimes if the lift is being slow, but it’s a good spot to sit and plan our next move. We don’t have any polished brochures or a fancy mission statement. We just know how the ground works in this city and what it takes to get a solid base down. The neighborhood is a mix of old residential buildings and new commercial spaces, which keeps things interesting. We spend a lot of time out in the dirt and mud, so the office usually has a few pairs of dusty boots sitting by the door. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in town, just the one that shows up and does the job properly for the people who hire us.
