We operate out of 901 Maker Chambers V, which is right in Nariman Point. It’s a well-known building, and being on the ninth floor gives us a bit of a perspective on the area. Even though the address sounds quite formal, the office inside is pretty down-to-earth. We deal with large-scale refrigeration systems, so we aren’t talking about small home fridges, but big industrial setups. Most of our time is spent talking to engineers or managing the logistics for major installations. The office gets a lot of visitors, and there is always someone coming in to discuss a project or pick up some documents. Nariman Point is always rushing, so we try to keep things efficient inside our own four walls. We have a small pantry where we grab tea and talk about the current jobs. It’s a lot of coordination work, making sure the parts arrive where they are supposed to and the technicians have what they need on the site. We don't really go for the high-pressure sales stuff; we just explain how the systems work and what needs to be done to keep things cold. The staff here knows the industry inside and out, having spent decades navigating the complexities of industrial cooling. It’s a serious enough office but we keep the conversation simple and focused on the tasks that need finishing. By the time the sun starts setting over the water, we are usually just wrapping up the final emails for the day.
