Indiabulls Real Estate

Our office for Indiabulls Real Estate is located at B-404 in the Mahavir Shradha building in Navi Mumbai. It’s a typical office space in Maharashtra, nothing too special to look at. We spend our days looking at property papers, talking to people about flats, and making a lot of phone calls. The area around Navi Mumbai is always growing, so there is always something happening. We have a few desks, some filing cabinets that are overflowing, and a coffee machine that works most of the time. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment like you see in movies. We are just a small team trying to help people find a place to live or invest their money. Sometimes the paperwork gets messy and we have to stay late to sort it out. We don't use a lot of big words or fancy sales pitches. We just tell people what is available and what the price is. The building we are in is easy to find, and the neighbors are mostly other small businesses. We’ve been here for a while now and have seen the neighborhood change a lot. It’s a lot of sitting and talking, but we try to keep things moving. We aren't a huge operation with hundreds of employees here, just a few of us doing our daily tasks and trying to keep things organized. If you come by, you’ll see we are just regular folks working in real estate.
