Working in Lower Parel is always a bit of a rush. Our office, India Landindia Land Industrial Park Llp, is located in the Lodha Supremus building on Senapati Bapat Marg. We are up on the 16th floor, room 1607 to be exact. It is right near Delisle Road. If you know Mumbai, you know this area is always packed. We deal with industrial park spaces and land management. It is a lot of paperwork and dealing with regulations. The office is usually full of maps and legal documents. It is not the most glamorous job, but it is necessary for how things get built and managed in the city. We spend a lot of time on the phone or in meetings. The view from the 16th floor shows just how much is going on in Mumbai City at any given moment. We have been here at Plot 453 for some time. Getting to work involves navigating the usual Lower Parel traffic, which is never fun, but we are used to it by now. We are not a big flashy agency. We just handle the industrial side of things. It is a lot of technical details and making sure the plots are accounted for. We try to be straightforward with people. There is no point in making things more complicated than they already are in this city. Just a regular team doing regular work in a very busy part of town.
