Indi Ventilation Engineers

Our workshop is at unit 58 in the Noble Industrial Estate over in Andheri East. It’s located near the Kotthnur Dinne Main Road, which is a fairly active area for all kinds of industrial work. At Indi Ventilation Engineers, we spend most of our time around fans, ducts, and heavy sheets of metal. The sound of cutting and welding is pretty much the background music of our day. It’s a gritty environment, but that is how we like it. The estate has a lot of other businesses too, so there is always someone moving pallets or trucks backing in and out of the narrow lanes. We keep our tools on big wooden benches and the floor is usually covered in metal scraps by noon. We aren't the type to sit in air-conditioned offices all day; we prefer being on the floor where the actual building happens. Some of the guys have been here since we first opened the doors. We take our jobs seriously, making sure the measurements are right before we send anything out. The heat in Andheri can be tough during the summer, especially with the machinery running, but we keep the big doors open for a breeze. It’s a straightforward shop where we do practical engineering for whoever needs air moving in their buildings. We just focus on the work at hand and try to stay organized. Most of the local tea sellers know exactly when we take our breaks.
