In Allied Media Network is based in the Beg Mohd Building on Babula Tank Road. We’re right across from J.J. Hospital in Mumbai, Maharashtra 400 009. It’s a very crowded part of the city, so there’s always something happening outside our windows. We work in the media field, mostly handling the background stuff for advertisements and networks. It’s not a glamorous life. We spend a lot of time looking at schedules and talking to different media outlets on the phone. Our office is in an old building, so it has a bit of character, though the elevators are sometimes a bit slow. We don’t have any big corporate slogans. We just focus on the accounts we have and try to keep things moving. The team is pretty small, and we’ve all known each other for a long time. We don’t really do the whole high-pressure sales thing. We just take on the work that comes our way and try to do a decent job with it. The traffic around the hospital is constant, but you get used to the noise after a while. It’s just part of being in this part of Mumbai. We don’t have any fancy goals other than staying busy and doing our work right. Most of our clients have been with us for years, so we don’t see the need for a lot of self-promotion. We just stay here and do the work.
