We are located in the historic Ballard Estate area, specifically on the third floor of the Balmer Lawrie Building on J.N. Heredia Marg. It’s a beautiful old part of Mumbai with those big stone buildings and wide streets. Working here feels a bit different because of the history of the neighborhood. Our office is focused on engineering services, which involves a lot of coordination and technical planning. The high ceilings in the Balmer Lawrie building make the office feel bigger than it is, even with all our desks and equipment. We’ve been operating from this spot for quite some time. It’s not the kind of place with neon signs or modern glass walls. Instead, it’s got that old-school business atmosphere where things are done properly. We spend our days dealing with various engineering projects, mostly through emails and phone calls. The walk from the station isn’t too bad, and the area has a lot of character. Sometimes the old elevators are a bit slow, but you get used to the pace. We aren't into flashy presentations; we just provide the technical support that’s needed. It’s a quiet, steady kind of work. We like being part of the Ballard Estate community and the professional legacy it carries. It’s just us doing our jobs in a nice old building, and we’ve been here for many years now.
