ILB PROJECTS LLP is tucked away in the Laxmi Industrial Estate in Andheri West. Specifically, we are at 34 M on the New Link Road. If you’ve ever been to this part of Mumbai, you know the industrial estates are like little cities of their own. There’s always someone moving boxes or driving a forklift nearby. Our unit is a decent size for what we do. We handle various projects from this office. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but it’s manageable. The Link Road is usually jammed with cars, so we try to get in early to beat the rush. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of project files stacked up. We aren't really into the whole modern office look. It’s more about being functional. We have a small team here, and everyone knows their job. It gets pretty humid in the afternoons, but we just keep the doors open for a breeze. Most of the other units around us are doing different kinds of manufacturing or repairs. It’s a hardworking atmosphere. We spend a lot of time coordinating with people on the phone. It’s not a glamorous spot, but it’s our home base and it suits the way we work. We just keep things moving and focus on the daily grind. There is always a lot to keep track of every single day.
