Ikanshs Signature Homes

Our office is up on the ninth floor of the Palm Court Complex. Being in Malad West, right near the D Mart, means there is always a lot of movement around the building. We spend our days looking at floor plans and talking to people about where they want to live. It is not always quiet here because the Link Road traffic never really stops. We have some chairs for visitors and a few desks where we keep all the files and papers. Finding a home can be a bit of a headache for most folks, so we just sit down and go through the options slowly. We aren't trying to be some big corporate firm with a glass lobby. It is just a workspace where we try to get things done right. Sometimes we are out on site and other times we are stuck here doing paperwork. If you know the area near the mall, you know how busy it gets. We like being in this part of town because everything is close by. The room 901/D is where we usually are from morning until the sun goes down. We handle a lot of different projects, some small and some bigger, but the work is basically the same. We just keep track of what is available and try to help people make a decent choice for their family without making things too complicated for them during the process.
