Ideal Travels

Ideal Travels has its office at 288 Masjid, in the 3rd block. We are situated right opposite the fire brigade station. It is a very lively and loud part of the city. You can always hear the sirens of the fire trucks or the constant honking of the traffic outside our windows. The office is a small, practical space where we spend our days booking tickets and planning routes for people. There are maps on the walls and stacks of travel brochures on the desks. We have a few chairs for customers to sit on while we check the schedules on our computers. It isn't a modern, high-tech office. It is just a regular place where we do our work. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, so we chat with the people waiting and offer them some water. We have been here for a long time and we know the neighborhood very well. The fire brigade is a great landmark for anyone trying to find us for the first time. We handle all sorts of travel requests, from bus tickets to train bookings. It is a lot of typing and phone calls throughout the day. We don't have a fancy website or a big marketing budget. We just rely on the people who walk in from the street or call us up because they know we are here. It is a simple, local business.
