Ideal Tour & Travels

Ideal Tour & Travels operates out of A-3 in Goregaon West. You can find us on Mirza Street, tucked inside the Rs Maurya Compound. It’s a bit of a hidden spot if you don't know the area, but once you find the compound, we are right there. The atmosphere around here is very local. There are other small workshops and businesses in the same compound, so there’s always the sound of someone working or a motorbike starting up. Our office is small and filled with the smell of old paper and the tea we make every couple of hours. We have a few chairs for customers to sit on while we check the computer for travel dates and prices. It’s not a high-tech operation, just us and a few phones and a printer that occasionally acts up. We spend a lot of time talking to people about their holiday plans or their work trips. Mirza Street can get pretty congested, so we usually hear the traffic even when we’re inside. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything; most people find us because they live nearby or their friend told them about us. We just try to be honest about the timings and what the hotels are really like. It's a busy, small-scale business where we do our best to help people travel without too much of a headache.
