This is the office for Icici Home Finance. We don’t have a big walk-in storefront here, so most people just get in touch with us through the emails. You can use the Gmail, Rediffmail, or Yahoo accounts listed to reach Arnav. We deal with all the stuff related to home loans and financing. It’s a lot of desk work, looking at documents, and checking people’s numbers. Buying a house is a stressful thing for a lot of people, so we spend a lot of time explaining the paperwork. We aren't here to give you a big sales pitch. We just look at the applications and see what fits. Arnav is usually the one answering the messages and keeping the files organized. Some days the inbox is completely full and it takes us a while to get through everything. It’s just a regular office routine. We sit at our desks, drink tea, and work through the loan files one by one. It’s not very exciting, but it’s important work for people trying to get their own place. We try to be as straightforward as possible with the terms. We've been doing this for several years now. Even though we use several different email addresses, they all come to the same place. We just keep our heads down and try to help folks get their home money sorted out without too much fuss. It’s just how we do things here every day.
