Ice Cream Works

Ice Cream Works is our little spot on 1st A Main Road over in the Grant Road area. It’s not a huge place, just a simple shop where we keep the freezers running all day and night. Grant Road is always noisy and crowded, so our shop is a bit of a break from all that heat and traffic outside. We’ve been here for a couple of seasons now. We keep a few different flavors in stock, nothing too crazy or experimental. We just want stuff that tastes right. The floors are usually a bit sticky because of the kids, but we try to keep up with the cleaning. We don't have a big corporate office or a marketing team telling us what to do. It’s just us serving scoops to whoever walks in. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to worry about the stock, but that’s just how things go here. We have a few chairs if you want to sit down for a minute, but most people just grab a cone and keep walking down the main road. We see a lot of commuters coming from the station who just need something cold. It’s a straightforward business. We buy the ingredients, make the ice cream, and sell it to the neighbors. It’s not flashy, but it works for us and for the people around Grant Road. We keep the scoops big and the prices fair.
