Our office is located at Door No 14 in Bonny Plaza. If you know where the Paneeri Showroom is in Andheri West, we are right opposite that in Sector 38 D. We focus on the Haj and Umrah trips, which is something very personal for the people who come to see us. It is a small shop in the plaza. Usually, people come in with a lot of questions about visas and where they will stay once they get to Saudi Arabia. We spend a lot of time going over the details because these trips are important. It is not like booking a weekend at the beach. There is a lot of paperwork involved. We sit down with families, sometimes for an hour or more, just to make sure they understand what the process is. The plaza can get a bit crowded on weekends, but it is easy enough to find us. We keep a stack of forms on the desk and some photos of the places people will visit. Most of our work is just organizing the flights and the hotels so that everything is ready when the time comes. We do not use any big marketing tricks. People usually hear about us from their neighbors or friends who have traveled with us before. It is a quiet business, mostly just talking and filling out papers. We have been here in Andheri for a good amount of time now, helping the community with their travel plans.
