Our office is over at Riddhi Gardens, specifically in H1/102, right across from the Vageshwari Temple. If you know Film City Road in Malad East, you know it’s a busy spot with lots of cars and people. We’ve been working out of this Mumbai location for quite some time now. It’s a decent place to work, even if the commute on the train can be a bit long for some of us. We handle business processes, which basically means we do a lot of the behind-the-scenes work for other companies that don't want to do it themselves. It’s a lot of data entry, phones, and sitting at computers. We aren't a flashy place. It’s just a standard office setup with desks, chairs, and some fans. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, it can get a bit hectic with papers everywhere. The temple across the road is a good landmark for people trying to find us for the first time. We have people from all over the neighborhood working here. We don't go in for big corporate mottos or mission statements. We just focus on getting the tasks done correctly and on time. Sometimes we have to stay late when there’s a big project, but we usually manage to get out and go home. It’s a steady job and we’ve got a good group of people here who get along. We don’t have a fancy lounge or anything, just a small pantry where we eat.
