We are located in Wadala East, right at the Peak Everest building. Our specific spot is Room No 8/A. It’s quite easy to find once you get near the Baba Barkat Ali Darga, which is right beside us. Being near a landmark like that helps because otherwise, these Mumbai streets can get a bit confusing for people. We handle IATA related work here. It’s not a huge operation, just a few of us in a room with some computers and a lot of files. The building has seen better days, but it serves our purpose well enough. We don't really have a lobby or a receptionist, so it’s a bit more informal than what you might expect from a name like IATA. We just handle the paperwork and the technical stuff that comes with the territory. The area around Wadala East is always moving, and there’s a lot of noise from the street, but you get used to it after a while. We aren't trying to be the biggest or the most famous, we just do our job day in and day out. It’s a lot of routine work, checking details and making sure things are correct. If you come by, you’ll see we are just regular people working in a regular office. No fancy decorations or big signs, just us doing what we need to do to keep things moving. It keeps us occupied and the days go by pretty fast.
