Started I T L Holidays Pvt Ltd a while back now. We are tucked away in Flat No 265/269 inside the Reliance Building, right on the Pune Solapur Road. If you know where the BPL Gallery is, we are just next to that. It’s a busy spot but we like it here. My team and I handle all the travel stuff people need when they want to get away for a bit. We spend most of our mornings answering phones and checking flight prices on the computer. It gets a bit hectic sometimes, especially when the internet acts up or the traffic on the road outside gets loud, but we manage. We aren’t a big fancy office with glass walls or anything. It’s just a regular place where we sit and work on holiday plans for families and folks from around the area. Some days it is just us drinking tea and sorting out paperwork for visas or hotel bookings. We try to keep things straightforward. No one likes complicated forms or confusing talk, so we just tell it like it is. If a hotel is far from the beach, we say so. We've been at this Fort area location for a good bit of time. People usually find us because they live nearby or saw our sign while going to the gallery. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s a decent living and we get to hear about some nice places.
