We are over at the Dudhwala Complex on Bellasis Road. Our office is on the third floor of the A-Wing. It is right in the heart of Mumbai Central, so it is never quiet around here. I. Dudhwala Realty & Infra Private Limited is a family-run kind of setup. We have been working out of this building for quite some time now. Most of our day is spent dealing with the nuts and bolts of property and infrastructure projects. It is not always exciting. There is a lot of waiting for approvals and talking to contractors who are stuck in traffic. We do not have a polished front desk or anything like that. You just walk in and you will see us working at our desks. We like being in Mumbai Central because it is easy for people to reach us, even if parking is a nightmare. We handle the paperwork, the planning, and the site visits. Sometimes we are juggling three or four different things at once, and it gets a bit hectic. We do not bother with fancy brochures or marketing talk. If someone wants to know what we do, they usually just come by and ask. We try to be helpful and give them the facts. It is a lot of hard work keeping up with the pace of this city, but we have our routine down. It is just us, doing our thing on Bellasis Road every day.
