Our setup for Hypercity Retail(I) Ltd is right in the heart of Mumbai. If you know anything about this city, you know it is always loud and there is never enough space. We manage the retail side of things from our office here, which means we spend a lot of time looking at numbers and talking to suppliers. It is a lot of back-and-forth communication to make sure things are actually moving. We do not have any big, fancy slogans or anything. It is just a retail business and we try to keep it running as best as we can. The office is usually a bit of a mess with samples and paperwork everywhere, but we know where everything is. Our staff comes from all over Mumbai and we all have to deal with the long commutes on the local trains. It is a tough city to work in sometimes, but there is also a lot of energy. We just focus on the practical side of selling goods and making sure the stores have what they need. We do not try to sound more important than we are. We are just a group of people working in the retail industry in one of the busiest cities in the world. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet is slow, and we just deal with it and keep going.
