Hypercity Retail India Ltd.

We are based out of Malad West, specifically in the Paradigma building at Mindspace. Hypercity Retail India Ltd. has been on the first floor here for some time now. Being on Link Road means it is pretty easy for everyone to get to, though the traffic can be a nightmare in the evenings. The office is a bit more of a professional setup than some of the older spots in the city, but it is still just a place where we come to work. We have a lot of desks and a lot of people on phones or computers. It gets quite busy during the holidays because of the retail cycle. We do not really have a mission statement hanging on the wall or anything like that. We just focus on the daily tasks. The building has decent elevators, which is nice when you are tired. You can see the other buildings in Mindspace from our windows. Sometimes we go downstairs for a quick snack or coffee during the break. It is a big company name, but the actual office feels like any other workplace. There is always a pile of reports someone needs to look at or a meeting to sit through. We try to keep the atmosphere relaxed, but there is always something that needs fixing or an email that needs answering. It is a steady pace, and we are just part of the crowd in Malad.
