We are located at 283/1 in Devlali Karmala. It’s a busy spot. Most of us here get started very early because that is when the milk comes in. It’s a lot of work handling the processing and making sure everything gets sent out to the suppliers on time. We don't really have a fancy office or anything like that, just a functional space where the machines run. The address is C/O Devraj J.P.P.P.Shri Shekhar Sdavkhar. It's a bit of a mouthful to say but that’s where you can find us. We’ve been around this part of the town for a while now. Most days it’s just about keeping the tanks clean and watching the temperature gauges. You know how it is with dairy, you can’t really take a day off. If the milk is there, we have to be there too. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when the trucks arrive all at once but we manage to get through it. We aren't trying to do anything too complicated, just getting the milk from one point to the next while it's still fresh. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and sometimes the floors are wet, but that’s part of the job. Most of the staff live nearby so we are all pretty much neighbors. It’s just a regular local operation running out of a practical spot in Devlali Karmala. We do our best to keep things moving every single morning.
