You can find us over at the Akalwaya Building on Shayda Marg. We are specifically in Room No-4 on the first floor. This part of Dongri in Mumbai is quite old and has a lot of history. The building is 92/94 Shayda Marg. It is a bit of a maze getting around here if you are not used to these narrow streets. Hungama Digital Media Entertainmnt Pvt Ltd is what the paperwork says, but to us, it’s just the place we spend eight or nine hours a day. The office is a bit cramped because we have a lot of equipment and files everywhere. It is not the kind of place you see in movies with glass walls and views of the ocean. We see the building across the street and hear the motorbikes passing by outside. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the ceiling fan makes a bit of a clicking noise, but it works fine. We don't spend much time worrying about the decor. There is always something digital to fix or a new project to start on. We drink a lot of chai from the shop downstairs and try to keep things moving. It is a very grounded way of working. Being in Dongri means you are always close to the market energy, which keeps us going even on slow Tuesday afternoons.
