You can find us over in Dadar West, very close to the Catering College. We’re in the Jai Jeevan building, which sits on Plot 659/660 along S H Paralkar Marg. Our office is located on the first floor. Dadar is really the heart of Mumbai, so it’s always energetic, loud, and a bit crowded. The building is a typical Dadar structure, solid and it has been standing there for many years. We’ve got a decent-sized room here for Hunar Builders Llp. It’s not a corporate suite by any means. We have some old wooden desks that have seen better days and a lot of files stacked up in the corners. The windows look right out towards the street, and you can always hear the sounds of the city and the people passing by. We like being close to the sea side of Dadar, even if we’re stuck inside working most of the day. There’s a lot of walking involved to get around this area because the lanes are quite narrow and parking is impossible. We usually just grab lunch from one of the small local spots nearby. Our office isn't about looking impressive to visitors. It’s just a place where we sit down, make our calls, and figure out our next steps for the day. Sometimes the power flickers during the rain, and the internet can be a bit slow, but we always manage to get the work done. It’s a regular Mumbai office with a lot of character and plenty to do.
