Humancare Medical Tourism

We’ve been set up here on Linking Road in Santacruz for a while now. Being right near the Milan Subway at SB Junction makes it easy for people to find where we are located. Dealing with medical travel is quite a lot to handle, so we mostly just try to keep things moving for folks who need help getting to their doctor appointments or finding a place to stay while they see specialists in Mumbai. It gets pretty busy around here, but that’s just how this part of the city usually is. We see a lot of people coming in from different places, all looking for the same thing—some help navigating the big hospitals. It’s not fancy work, but it definitely needs doing. Most of our days involve a lot of phone calls and checking on various schedules. We know the local area really well, especially around the junction, so we can usually tell people where to get what they need nearby. It’s just a small team of us working in the office. We try to be straightforward about how things work because medical stuff is already stressful enough without making it more complicated. If someone needs a hand figuring out their trip or where to go once they land, that’s where we step in. We don't have any big speeches, just a desk and some phones and a lot of lists to keep track of. Sometimes the traffic outside gets loud, but we are used to it.
