HRUB Buildcon LLP is situated in Parel, right in the middle of Mumbai. We are over at Amit Industrial Estate on Dr SS Rao Road. Our unit is 209 on the second floor of Plot 61. It’s a busy neighborhood near Mahatma Gandhi Hospital, so it’s never quiet around here. Being in an industrial estate means we are surrounded by other businesses, which feels right for the kind of work we do. We deal with construction and building projects throughout the city. Mumbai is a tough place to build anything because of the lack of space, but we've learned to deal with it over the years. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just desks and a lot of blueprints lying around. We’ve got a small crew that handles the daily grind of site visits and managing supplies. Most of the time we are out in the heat or rain checking on how things are going. We don’t have a fancy PR team writing our stuff. We just focus on the actual building work. It’s a lot of coordination between different laborers and suppliers. Sometimes deliveries are late because of the Parel traffic, but we make do. We have been at this address for a bit now and people in the area know us. It’s just honest work in a very crowded city, and we are fine with that. We just show up and do what is needed.
