Hriday Events

You can find us at 11, Ram Kunj, which is right on Akurli Road in Kandivili East. We are directly opposite the B M C School, so we hear the school bell ringing all day long. It is a constant background noise that we have just grown to live with. Hriday Events is run from this little space where we keep all our notes and files. The road outside is always packed with cars and people walking to the station. Being in Ram Kunj is convenient because everyone knows where the school is. We spend our mornings drinking tea and going over lists for the next event we have to handle. It is mostly just us sitting around a table trying to make sure we did not forget anything important. The walls are a bit plain, and the furniture has seen better days, but it works for what we need. Planning events is a lot of back-and-forth on the phone, and it can get pretty stressful when things do not go right. We do not have any fancy titles or a big board of directors. It is just a handful of us making sure things happen. Sometimes we are out at sites, but mostly you will find us here at the office. We have been on Akurli Road for a long time. It is a bit dusty and loud, but it is where we work.
