Homescapes Constructions Private Limited

If you look for us, we’re on the 4th floor of Vardhaman Chamber on Cawasji Patel Road. It’s right by Horniman Circle in the Fort area, which is a really old and historic part of the city. Homescapes Constructions Private Limited has been operating from here for a bit. It’s a bit of a walk up if the lift is acting up, which happens sometimes in these older buildings. We like the area though. It feels very grounded. Most of our time is spent coordinating different construction projects around the region. We handle the messy parts of the business, like permits and managing the supplies. It is not glamorous work by any means. There’s usually a lot of paper stacked on the desks and people coming in and out with dirt on their boots. We just try to keep things moving as best as we can. It’s a lot of coordination between different teams and making sure the guys on site have what they need. We don't have any big slogans or anything. We just focus on the task at hand and try to finish what we started. Every day brings a new set of challenges, whether it's a delay in materials or just the weather not cooperating. We take it one step at a time and keep at it. That is how we have always done things, just day by day without making much of a fuss about it.
