We've been at Mohid Heights for a while now. Office 1303, right near Kokilaben Hospital. Mostly we just deal with houses around Andheri West. It's a busy spot. People drop by after visiting the hospital or just passing through. We handle paperwork and property stuff. It's just a small team here. We know the streets well. Sometimes it gets loud with the traffic outside but that's Mumbai for you. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out checking sites. It's not a fancy operation, just some desks and old files. If you're looking for a place or selling one in this area, you probably walked past our building. We keep things pretty straightforward. No big speeches or anything. Just trying to get the job done right. We've seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. New buildings going up where old ones used to be. It's a lot to keep track of but we manage. Most of our day is spent talking to neighbors and keeping an eye on what's available nearby. We like being close to the hospital because everyone knows the landmark. It makes it easy to find us. Just take the elevator up to the 13th floor. We're usually there from morning until late evening, unless we're out at a site visit. That's pretty much us. Just a local office doing what we do every day. We don't pretend to be more than that.
