Hmg Engineering Ltd.

Our office for Hmg Engineering Ltd. is located in the Om Namah Shivay CHS building. We are in the B-Wing, Room Number 111, on the 2nd Lane of S.P. Road. If you know Nagpada or the area around Bombay Central East, you know how packed and lively it is. It’s a classic Mumbai setup. Finding us can be a bit of a challenge for the first time because the lanes are narrow and there are so many people and shops everywhere. But once you find the building, we are right there on the second floor. The office itself is quite small, which is typical for this part of Mumbai. We do engineering work here, mostly focusing on technical drawings and planning for various clients. It gets pretty loud with the street noise coming in through the windows, but we’ve learned to tune it out over the years. We have stacks of files and various pieces of equipment sitting around on the desks. It’s a hardworking atmosphere. We don't have fancy air conditioning in every corner, so we use old fans to keep the air moving during the humid days. We aren't a big, slick corporation with a lobby. We are just a group of people working out of a room in a housing society. It’s honest work and we’ve been part of this neighborhood for a while. We know the local shopkeepers and the guys who deliver our parcels. It’s a busy, cramped, but productive way to spend the day. We wouldn't want to be anywhere else, really.
