HIYA BUILDCON PRIVATE LIMITED is located over in Kalyan, specifically in the Joshi Baug area. We’re in Building Number 4, A Wing, on the first floor of the Raj Sagar Apartments. It’s a decent spot in Thane that lets us get around to different job sites without too much trouble. We aren't some big-shot firm with a glass office building. It’s just a regular apartment where we do our planning and handle the business side of construction. The space is usually filled with files, rolls of tape, and various site maps. We’ve been here for a bit now, and we like the neighborhood. It’s quiet enough to get work done but close enough to the main parts of Kalyan. Construction is a tough business, and we spend most of our time out on-site rather than sitting behind desks. When we are in the office at Raj Sagar, we’re usually catching up on paperwork or talking to suppliers. We don't have a PR team or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just do the work. The weather here in Maharashtra can be a bit of a challenge for building, but we’ve learned how to manage. It’s a local business run by people who live nearby. We just take things one project at a time and try to keep everything running smoothly without making a big fuss about it. There is always something that needs to be done.
