Hirco - Hiranandani Group

Hirco - Hiranandani Group is based at 17, Siddhivinayak Chs Ltd., on Babanrao Kulkarni Marg in Mulund East, Mumbai 400081. Our office is part of a cooperative housing society, which gives it a very neighborly feel. It’s a quiet road compared to the main highways, and there are plenty of trees around. We have been here for years, and the space has become quite full of files and equipment. It’s a small team here, so we all know each other well. We sit at our desks and handle the various tasks that come with being part of the Hirco and Hiranandani name. There’s no big corporate sign outside, just a small nameplate so people know they have the right place. Inside, the furniture is functional and comfortable enough for a long day’s work. We don't worry much about how the office looks to outsiders; we care more about getting the job done. Babanrao Kulkarni Marg is a nice place to walk during lunch, and the local shops are handy. We have our routine here, starting early and finishing when the work is done. It’s a simple setup that has served us well for a long time. We handle everything from phone calls to planning meetings in this space. It’s a bit lived-in and maybe a little messy sometimes, but it’s where we do our best work.
